Boil the carrots, let it cool and blend. Bollire le carote, lasciar raffreddare e frullare. |

Preheat the oven to 170°C (conventional). Preriscaldare il forno a 170°C (statico). |

Beat the eggs with sugar. Add oil, carrots, a pinch of salt, and the water of orange flower (or the orange zest). With a spatula add the sieved dry ingredients (flours and yeast). Sbattere le uova con lo zucchero. Aggiungere olio, carote, un pizzico di sale e l'acqua di fiori d'arancio o la scorza di un'arancia. Con una marisa unire gli ingredienti secchi setacciati (le farine e il lievito). |

Pour into a prepared 20 cm cake mold (buttered and floured). Bake for 50 minutes until a cake tester comes out dry! Versare in uno stampo imburrato e infarinato, di 20 cm di diametro. Cuocere per 50 minuti. Fate sempre la prova stecchino! |
