One of my favorite ingredients ever: ricotta cheese!
This cake is very easy to make and it’s really delicious!
It’s a traditional dessert and a good way to get back my mind. On my family’s tables, during the holidays, my grandmother always made it. We never celebrated a Christmas and an Easter without this ricotta “pizza”!
I leave you one of the easiest recipes you can ever try!

Preheat the oven to 180°C (conventional oven). Preriscaldare il forno a 180°C (forno statico). |

Mix 2 eggs and 6 tablespoons of sugar. Mescolare 2 uova e 6 cucchiai di zucchero. |

Add cinnamon, ricotta cheese, and rum. Combine dark chocolate chips. Aggiungere cannella q.b., ricotta ed un bicchierino di rum. Unire le gocce di cioccolato fondente. |

Dust the top of the cake with one tablespoon of cinnamon and sugar. Cospargere la parte superiore della torta con un cucchiaio di cannella e zucchero. |

Bake for about 30 minutes. Cuocere per circa 30 minuti. |
