This lemon cream is dairy-free and gluten-free.
You got it right! A water cream!
It is obviously lighter than the creams we used to eat but it is very tasty.
You can use it to fill various types of cakes… And, why not, eat it by spoonfuls, maybe with biscuits inside. Try it and make good use/abuse!
Questa crema al limone è senza lattosio e senza glutine.
Avete capito bene! Una crema all’acqua!
E’ ovviamente più leggera delle creme che siamo abituati a mangiare ma è gustosissima allo stesso modo.
La potete utilizzare per farcire delle torte di vario tipo… E perché no mangiarla a cucchiaiate magari con qualche biscotto dentro.
Provatela e fatene buon uso/abuso!

Put everything in a saucepan and mix. For the sugar, you can go down to 130 gr if you like sour flavors.

Mettete tutto in un pentolino e mescolate. Per quanto riguarda lo zucchero potete scendere fino a 130 gr, se vi piacciono i sapori più aspri.

Put on the fire and bring it to boil. Let it thicken and continue stirring for about 2 minutes.

Ponete sul fuoco e portate a bollore. Lasciate addensare e continuate a mescolare circa 2 minuti.

Put the cream to cool in a bowl with cling film and then place it in the refrigerator.

Mettete poi la crema a raffreddare in una ciotola con pellicola a contatto e riponete in frigorifero.
