Preheat the oven to 180°C (conventional oven). Preriscaldare il forno a 180°C (forno statico). |

Beat eggs and sugar. Sbattere le uova con lo zucchero. |

Sift in a large bowl flour, baking powder, and potato starch. Setacciare in una ciotola grande la farina, il lievito e la fecola di patate. |

Then alternate the seed oil with the water and the powders. Amalgamate everything well with a whisk. Quindi alternare l'olio di semi emulsionato con l'acqua e le polveri setacciate. Amalgamare tutto bene con una frusta a mano. |

Bake for about 20 minutes until a cake tester comes out dry! Let it cool. Cuocere per circa 20 minuti. Fate sempre la prova stecchino! Fate raffreddare completamente. |

I made the soft tart dunked with a rum syrup. In the end, I added crème pâtissière on the top and fresh peach. Io ho completato la crostata morbida con una bagna al rum. Poi ho aggiunto sulla superficie crema pasticcera e pesche tagliate a fette. Ma potete usare la ricetta come base e poi decorarla con cioccolata, marmellate, frutta fresca, ecc. |
