If you don’t like potatoes you’re crazy! Really delicious… for adults and kids too (avoid chili pepper for kids).

Se non ti piacciono le patate sei pazzo! Davvero deliziose… per adulti e bambini (ovviamente consiglio di evitare il peperoncino per i bambini).

Peel and cut in cubes the potatoes.

Pelare e tagliare a cubetti le patate.

Heat the oven to 220° C (fan-assisted). Cover with parchment paper a baking sheet.

Preriscaldare il forno a 220°C (ventilato). Foderare una teglia da forno con carta forno.

Season with olive oil, salt, chili pepper, ariosto (spices mix), rosemary, and white wine.

Condire con olio di oliva, sale, peperoncino, ariosto, rosmarino e vino bianco.

Mix it up and bake for 60 to 65 minutes, until golden brown.

Mescolare e infornare per 60/65 minuti, fino a doratura.
